We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to work closely with Product Managers and delivery teams to facilitate high-quality outcomes and maximise value delivery to the business. In this role, you will champion Agile ways of working, support continuous improvement, and help optimise team performance. You will also contribute to the implementation and maturation of Agile practices at a portfolio and program level, partnering with business stakeholders to provide guidance and build Agile capability across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies and support teams to deliver high-value outcomes Work closely with Product Managers to plan, prioritise, and deliver work effectively Promote Agile principles and practices across delivery teams and stakeholders Support portfolio and program-level planning using Agile methodologies Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, continuous improvement, and servant leadership Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders on Agile practices and ways of working Essential Skills and Experience Broad experience as a Scrum Master within a software application development environment Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to inspire, influence, and negotiate using a collaborative and consultative approach Proven facilitation skills, with a focus on continuous improvement and empowering teams Demonstrated experience managing a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders Ability to lead through influence rather than authority Solid knowledge of Agile frameworks and practices, including Scrum, Kanban, XP , and related approaches Experience contributing to large-scale or enterprise Agile transformations (highly regarded) Strong independent problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to plan, prioritise, and implement strategies within a large, complex organisation For more information, please contact on (08) 7092 1867 or JP.Joubeir@harrisonmcmillan.com.au Please note – all applicant resumes must be submitted in Word format only and must address the key essential
