About the role As a Senior Industrial Designer at Breville, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our product experiences—leading design thinking and execution across complex, high-impact projects. This is a hands-on leadership role for a designer who combines craft excellence with sound judgment and strong commercial awareness, and who is ready to influence outcomes beyond their own work. You’ll operate with a high degree of independence, guiding projects from concept to delivery while helping set direction, raise quality, and mentor others along the way. As a senior member of the design team, your impact will extend to developing people, strengthening design culture, and creating strategic design value that aligns with Breville’s business goals. This role is about doing great work—and helping others do their best work too.
