We’re looking for a commercially minded Strata Team Leader to drive the day-to-day performance of our Victorian External Strata Claims Adjusting team, while growing the business, strengthening client relationships, and lifting team culture. This role is not about carrying a heavy portfolio. Your focus will be on leadership, growth, marketing, technology adoption, and team performance, while managing only a small portfolio of complex senior-level claims.
