About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Wealth Adviser / Private Wealth Adviser to join our team in Sydney. In this role, you will work closely with clients to assess their financial needs, develop tailored investment strategies, and provide expert advice across a range of financial products. You will play a key role in helping clients achieve their financial goals while maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Analyze clients’ financial position, goals, and risk tolerance to develop comprehensive financial plans. Develop and implement investment strategies, identify funding sources, and determine allocation of returns. Provide advice on a range of financial products, including shares, bonds, mutual funds, and other market-linked investments, often in the context of superannuation and self-managed super funds (SMSFs), and facilitate transactions on behalf of clients. Monitor investment performance and adjust financial plans in response to changing client needs or market conditions. Refer clients to accountants, lawyers, and other specialists as needed to support the implementation of each client’s financial plan. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships. Ensure all financial advice and transactions comply with relevant laws, industry regulations, and ethical standards. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in financial planning or wealth advisory roles. Relevant financial adviser certifications (e.g. RG146 compliance in Australia) Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and risk assessment.
