Our People and Culture Advisor is a critical role, as a trusted partner to a portfolio of our centres across Qld and SA. This is a hands-on, field-focussed role where you will provide leadership coaching and support, foster healthy workplace cultures, lead complex investigations and ensure best practice people management across our network. Key Responsibilities: Lead workplace investigations – conduct objective, fair investigations and prepare reports, Manage complex employee relations cases with professionalism and discretion, Coach leaders through people management activities, fostering safe and healthy workplaces that provide high quality care environments, Visit centres regularly to provide practical HR advice and support to all team members, Ensure compliance with employment legislation, awards, and Early Childhood Education and Care law and regulations, Identify opportunities and coordinate training, and General people administration and maintenance of HR systems and documentation. We are seeking an experienced People and Culture Advisor with a background in geographically dispersed organisations, preferably in early childhood education and care or an adjacent sector. You'll need to be confident leading investigations and managing complex cases, have strong knowledge of employment legislation and a keen passion for best practice leadership and employment support. You'll also need your own reliable transport and a current working with children check (or ability to obtain).
