ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting directly to the HR Leader, this is an entry level HR opportunity for someone who wants to learn all aspects of Human Resources in a fast paced environment. You will have ownership of the following: Contract & Compliance: Ensuring all documentation and HR processes are delivered consistently and accurately. Onboarding: Managing the pre-employment process to give our new starters a world-class welcome. Training: Assisting with the creation and maintenance of training materials and modules. HR Support: Providing general administrative assistance across the full employee lifecycle. System Integrity: Ensuring our people data is accurate and up to date.
