Building & Construction Contracts Manager Sydney Permanent / Full Time Salary $180k-$210k - dependent on experience Sector: Commercial | Education | Hospitality | Retail | Multi-Res Office Based with Parking available full time Senior Contract Administrator Rhodes Office | Multi-Sector Projects | $180–210k We are partnering with an established NSW commercial builder delivering projects across hospitality, aged care, private education, retail and residential sectors. With approximately 50 live projects across NSW and a strong pipeline nationally, the business operates in the $10M–$50M range, with some larger projects in Queensland exceeding $100M. This is not a Tier 1 siloed CA role. This is a full-process, ownership role. You will: • Lead the entire CA function on multiple projects • Prepare and present monthly cost reports • Run cost report meetings • Manage procurement & subcontract letting • Oversee variations, EOTs and cost control • Work closely with Construction & Commercial Managers We’re looking for someone who : • Has been the Lead CA on projects • Is comfortable in smaller teams • Has worked across diverse sectors (education, retail, hospitality, health, residential) • Can confidently speak commercially • Has used Cheops or Jobpac (preferred) Salary: $180k–$210k (dependent on experience) This role suits someone coming from a mid-tier builder who enjoys accountability and exposure across the full lifecycle.
