About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a complex adaptive reuse project in Cremorne, NSW. This $10 million project involves the transformation of a heritage-listed three-storey building into three high-end residential residences across four levels, including loft conversions within the existing roof space. The project originally commenced in 2014, with partial demolition, excavation, structural remediation, lift pit construction and slab works completed before works ceased approximately 10 years ago. The site has remained vacant since. You will play a critical role in recommencing and delivering the remaining works, ensuring structural integrity, heritage compliance, and premium residential finishes are achieved to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Full site management of a $10M heritage adaptive reuse project Recommence and coordinate works on a partially completed site Manage complex structural remediation and compliance requirements Oversee new basement construction including 6-car parking Coordinate installation of car lift system from street to basement Supervise new concrete structural works including: Suspended slab, Slab on ground-Structural remediation works Oversee swimming pool construction Manage installation of passenger lift servicing four levels Coordinate subcontractors, trades and consultants Ensure adherence to program timelines and budget controls Maintain strict WHS compliance and site safety standards Ensure quality control aligned with high-end residential delivery Skills & Experience Proven experience delivering complex structural remediation projects Strong background in heritage restoration and compliance requirements Demonstrated experience managing basement construction projects Experience with car stacker or car lift systems highly regarded High-end residential construction experience essential Strong leadership and subcontractor management capability Ability to confidently recommence and manage a previously paused site Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills Solid understanding of construction sequencing and program management Benefits Lead a landmark heritage project in a premium Sydney location Long-term 18-month program with strong pipeline potential Opportunity to showcase expertise in complex structural and heritage works Work on a technically challenging and architecturally significant project Supportive and professional project environment About the Company Our client is a respected construction company specialising in complex structural works, heritage restoration and high-end residential developments.
