Our client, Powerflo Solutions Pty Ltd, is seeking Mechanical Engineering Technicians to support their engineering, manufacturing and service operations for control valves, safety devices and process instrumentation used across power, mining, oil & gas, water and other industrial sectors. Key Duties Assist engineers in preparing drawings, layout plans and basic design details for mechanical and valve systems. Help choose appropriate tools, equipment and materials for assembly, installation and maintenance tasks. Assemble, install, test and adjust mechanical components, control valves, actuators and related equipment in both workshop and field environments. Carry out routine servicing, inspections and maintenance of valves and plant equipment, following established procedures. Collect measurements and operational data, perform basic calculations and assist in preparing reports, diagrams and technical documentation. Support field and workshop testing activities to confirm performance, safety and compliance. Estimate simple material quantities, parts and equipment needed for jobs and assist in planning work activities. Ensure finished work meets required specifications, quality standards and safety regulations. What They Are Looking For Minimum of 3 years' relevant experience in a comparable role. Practical skills in mechanical assembly, tools and equipment. Ability to follow technical instructions and work safely. Willingness to work in workshop and on-site environments.
