We are currently seeking a Part-Time Load Out Operators to support our clients warehouse operations in a chiller facility . This role is ideal for someone looking for steady evening work and who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. Role Overview: As a Load Out Operator, you’ll be responsible for accurately and efficiently loading outgoing goods from a chilled warehouse environment. You’ll work as part of a team to ensure products are correctly staged, scanned, and loaded for delivery while maintaining strict cold chain compliance. Shift Time: 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM ( 5 hour shifts) Part-Time: 3–4 shifts per week 7-day rotating roster (including weekends and holidays) Flexibility will be required for this role Pay rate: $38.62 Weekend rates Key Responsibilities: Operating RF scanning Units Load and stage orders into trucks in a chiller (cold storage) environment Pick and stack products accurately using paper pick slips Pallet/Carton sortation. Safely operate electric pallet runners capable of carrying two pallets. Verify product counts, condition, and labelling before dispatch Read and follow dock sheets to determine correct loadout times and dock allocations. Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times.
