The Role Lite n’ Easy is looking for a Content & Experience Manager to join our Marketing team and play a pivotal role in shaping how customers discover, engage with, and stay connected to our brand. This is a key leadership position within our Marketing team, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer and leading a team of 5. This role sits at the heart of digital storytelling, customer experience design, and creative leadership. As the Content & Experience Manager, you’ll own the intersection between content strategy and customer experience, leading and inspiring a creative team to deliver high‑impact storytelling and frictionless digital journeys. You’ll influence how millions of Australians connect with our products and brand every day. Key Responsibilities Lead the creation and delivery of high‑quality video, written, visual, and educational content across digital channels. Manage the end‑to‑end content lifecycle, from briefing creators to publishing across TikTok/Reels, newsletters, and website content. Map and optimise the customer journey by identifying and removing friction points across digital and physical touchpoints. Work closely with Digital Marketing Manager to improve conversion through landing page optimisation and funnel improvements (CRO). Lead the Graphic Design team, providing creative direction, maintaining brand standards, and producing visually compelling work. Partner with Digital, Transformation, Product, CX, Culinary, and Operations teams to ensure content is customer‑centric and easy to understand. Analyse content performance using engagement metrics and customer feedback, translating insights into continuous improvement. You love shaping experiences, elevating content, and bringing brands to life across every touchpoint. 3 years’ experience in Content Marketing, CX, or Digital Product in a D2C or e‑commerce environment. A sharp eye for content quality, grounded in data, performance, and customer engagement. Experience with UX and digital tools such as Hotjar, Klaviyo, Shopify, or similar. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with quick turnarounds and iterative testing. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and disciplines. Leadership experience in guiding designers and creatives toward high‑impact outcomes.
