We’re looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist to fully own and run performance marketing across a diverse portfolio of big brands. This role is for someone who wants real autonomy, big budgets and accountability for results (not just pushing buttons). You’ll take ownership of strategy, execution, optimisation and performance across $2M in annual ad spend, primarily on Meta and Google Ads. You’ll work closely with clients, supported by a collaborative, laid-back team that genuinely cares about performance and growth.
