We're dynamic, passionate, and driven to deliver results – and we’re looking for someone just as bold to lead our Brand Marketing team on a 12 month maternity leave contract. THE OPPORTUNITY We’re looking for an AMAZING Head of Brand Marketing to join DECJUBA’s Customer Experience team, reporting to the Chief Customer Officer and leading the brand function. In this role, you’ll lead a team across content, partnerships, PR, events and retail marketing to build an elevated and differentiated brand strategy across DECJUBA, D-LUXE Basics and DECJUBA Kids. You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering an AMAZING omnichannel customer experience that drives brand awareness, acquisition and retention — and ultimately delivers on business KPIs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and deliver impactful, integrated brand strategy with key stakeholders, including seasonal big ideas, monthly marketing briefs, and launches (new ranges brand moments). • Embed brand DNA across all customer touchpoints and protect tone of voice and on-brand copy. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities and gaps. • Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) process, key milestone meetings and inputs into the Customer Experience calendar. • Oversee campaign planning and delivery, including monthly briefs with clear point of view (POV), omnichannel product stories, and retail marketing (local area marketing, centre marketing, store openings). • Lead brand storytelling and content plans across key pillars (including sustainability, fashion authority, retail and people experience), and oversee internal and external communications. • Drive influencer, PR and partnership initiatives, including budgets, talent proposals, media opportunities, pitching and crisis communication. • Oversee event concepts, planning and execution, including annual events budget. • Build strong cross-functional relationships, audit processes, and drive continuous improvement. • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team, including structure, hiring, KPI setting and performance reviews. ABOUT YOU • You have an exceptional understanding of brand and a strong interest in fashion marketing trends to drive ideation and innovation. • You bring a commercially focused, process-driven mindset and confidently challenge the status quo to create efficiencies. • Minimum 8 years’ experience, with a proven track record leading teams and delivering marketing strategies that elevate brand (omnichannel retail experience preferred). • Relevant tertiary qualification preferred. • You’re detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a proactive, solutions-focused approach. • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator who builds robust relationships and manages stakeholders across all levels. • You’re a confident people leader — able to inspire, engage and motivate a team.
