Your new role As the Cyber Risk & Infrastructure Manager, you will lead the organisations cybersecurity, infrastructure security, and cyber risk functions. This is a senior role responsible for shaping and maturing the cyber strategy, ensuring compliance with strict aviation and criticalinfrastructure legislation, and safeguarding IT/OT systems.Youll manage a small specialist team, oversee all security controls, and act as the key advisor to senior leadership on cyber risk, resilience, and investment. The role spans cyber governance, risk management, OT security, SOC oversight, incident response, and regulatory compliance (TSP, SOCI, CIRMP). What you'll need to succeed Strong background leading cybersecurity functions across complex IT/OT environments. Experience across infrastructure security: networks, firewalls, endpoint protection, cloud (Azure/AWS), and operational technology. Deep understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ASD Essential Eight). Demonstrated experience with audit, risk management, cyber uplift programs, and regulatory compliance. Ability to engage with executive stakeholders and government regulators. Relevant qualifications e.g., Degree in IT/Cyber Security, CISSP (CISM/CISA/CCSP advantageous).
