The Role Warrikal is seeking a proactive and highly organised Coordinator – Resource Planning to join our fast‑paced, high‑volume mobilisation team in Perth. In this hands‑on role, you’ll manage end‑to‑end planning and mobilisation for shutdowns, maintenance works, and major projects across WA’s tier‑one mining operations. You’ll coordinate closely with internal stakeholders, site leadership, and project teams to ensure every job is fully prepared, efficiently staffed, and executed on schedule. As a key connection point between our people, clients, and operations, you’ll keep communication clear, resolve challenges quickly, and make sure the right personnel are in the right place at the right time. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end‑to‑end workforce planning and mobilisation for shutdowns, maintenance, and project works Review job requests, clarify scope, and maintain accurate planning data Engage with personnel to confirm allocations, manage changes, and fill gaps quickly Communicate with internal teams, site leadership, and clients to align workforce planning with operational requirements Organise travel and accommodation in line with client and project needs Complete job‑readiness and compliance checks prior to mobilisation Maintain accurate workforce records and provide clear updates to stakeholders Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team efficiency and mobilisation processes About You Eligible to work in Australia 1–2 years’ experience in workforce planning, scheduling, mobilisation, or similar roles Experience gained from either mining, logistics, hospitality, events, travel, or site administration High‑volume rostering experience (100–150 personnel) with strong organisational and time‑management skills Resilient, adaptable, and confident working in a fast‑paced environment Strong accuracy and attention to detail when managing workforce data Skilled in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and familiar with systems like ERMS, Spear, LRS, SuccessFactors, or INX Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a positive, team‑focused mindset.
