Position Overview Civeo is a global leader in accommodation services, supporting remote workforces across Australia. We’re looking for a detail‑driven Data Processing Specialist to join our Operations Administration Support team and help us deliver accurate, efficient, and reliable financial and operational processing. Reporting to the Senior Operations Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of Civeo’s purchasing, invoicing, and compliance processes. Key Responsibilities Creating, correcting, and receipting purchase orders Reconciling invoices and labour-hire timesheets Producing item cost movement reports Supporting end-of-month activities including cycle counts and reporting Enter and audit data to maintain accuracy Build strong working relationships across Supply Chain, Finance and Operations teams Maintain clear & accurate documentation for internal and external stakeholders Train end users on systems, processes, and policies Qualifications Experience using ERP systems Certificate IV in Training & Assessment desirable Experience & Skills Minimum 2 years’ experience in purchasing, hospitality, trade, or labour hire Resource or mining accommodation experience highly advantageous ERP proficiency related to purchasing Strong written, verbal and presentation skills Excellent organisational skills Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail Strong people and relationship‑building skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Why Civeo?
