The Catherine Hamlin Fistula Foundation (CHFF) is a global international development organisation supporting Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia’s life‑changing treatment, surgery and prevention programs for women affected by obstetric fistula and other childbirth injuries in Ethiopia. As Individual Giving Manager , you will lead and optimise the Individual Giving portfolio, overseeing appeals, donor journeys, regular giving, acquisition and community fundraising marketing. You will manage three multi‑channel direct mail appeals and one 12‑hour Giving Day each year, produce printed supporter newsletters, and lead targeted acquisition and retention strategies. The role also drives marketing for community fundraising initiatives including Hamlin Ethiopian Adventures and the Hamlin Barefoot Walk. You will directly manage a full‑time Fundraising Coordinator and collaborate closely with the fundraising, marketing and communications team, reporting to the Global Head of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications. In this role, you will: Deliver the Individual Giving strategy across appeals, regular giving, donor journeys and acquisition Lead end‑to‑end delivery of three appeals and the annual 12‑hour Giving Day Manage and grow the Regular Giving program across acquisition, onboarding, retention and upgrades Design and optimise donor journeys and oversee delivery of four printed newsletters per year Lead marketing for community fundraising initiatives including Hamlin Ethiopian Adventures and the Hamlin Barefoot Walk Manage and mentor a full‑time Fundraising Coordinator and oversee key agency / supplier relationships About you You’re an insight‑driven Individual Giving specialist with strong campaign management experience and a passion for donor‑centred storytelling. You excel at delivering integrated direct marketing activity, interpreting data, improving donor journeys and managing multiple campaigns at pace. You bring strong communication skills, stakeholder confidence and leadership capability to mentor a developing team member.
