YOUR NEW ROLE In this KEY valued role, you will love the CHALLENGE immense SATISFACTION of being the RIGHT HAND to the TPD team leader solicitor assisting with helping seriously injured clients obtain justice in respect of their : TPD (total permanent disablement)/ income protection/trauma insurance claims via their superannuation fund other insurance policies. You will get ‘front-end’ hands-on BROAD-SPECTRUM experience including: obtaining client instructions, reviewing medical evidence trust deed/insurance policies, legal research, providing technical legal advice in respect of the viability of the claim, liaising with the super fund, insurers/their solicitors and doctors, briefing counsel and attending court/settlement conferences.
