THE ORGANISATION We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Project Lead for a 12-month contract to play a pivotal role in transforming the TA operations. This is not a standard BAU TA role, we are looking for a highly experienced TA Manager who can lead the redesign of the TA operating model, systems, and processes, ensuring adoption and efficiency across the organisation.
