Your opportunity: As a Junior Organisational Change Manager, reporting to the Head of Organisational Change, you play a vital role in shaping how people experience change across TPG Telecom’s most significant strategic initiatives and transformation programs. You will ensure change and communications activities are delivered in line with impacted stakeholder group and program team expectations, utilising the TPG Way for Change as a structured framework to support our teams as they adapt to change. The role will support digital transformation and culture and capability growth programs. Responsibilities: E2E design, delivery and evaluation of change and communication plans in line with Program Team and or business owner expectations, utilising our TPG Way for Change Framework and toolkit. Change Governance, including developing RACI’s, Statements of Work, Risk Logs, and clear Measures of Success (MOS). Deliver change activities as per agreed plans, including: Conducting impact assessments and mitigation planning, stakeholder mapping, engagement plans, learning needs analysis, communication planning, and readiness assessments. Producing data-informed recommendations and insights. Co-designing strategies for adoption, resistance management, and success measures. Co-deliver engagement and capability building opportunities for our TPG Change Community of Practice (CoP) network. Responsible for OCM data reporting and visualisation. Support the analysis and implementation of improvements relating to our Spirit Survey Change Index score (targeting specific divisions). What you’ll bring: A holistic understanding (and experience) with change management delivery, from strategy to execution. Resilience and leadership capability, with the confidence to navigate ambiguity. Flexibility and an agile mindset, providing change solutions to meet the business where it is at. A people first mindset and experience placing individuals at the heart of change. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage and simplify complexity. Solid relationship building skills needed to influence and drive outcomes. A data mindset, with a focus on demonstrating impact and qualifying outcomes. What's in it for you?
