You’ll contribute to the planning of test strategies and approaches, prepare and execute test cases, analyse results, and support the deployment of high‑quality digital solutions across the organisation. Teachers Health was created by teachers for teachers over 70 years ago and is the only health fund dedicated to the education community. Finalise transition and failback plans based on test outcomes and contribute to implementation recommendation reports Collaborate with development teams to perform proof‑of‑concept activities Conduct end‑to‑end testing of system integrations, functionality, and user interfaces Log, track, and manage defects, ensuring timely resolution with development and business teams Manage test data, test execution phases, reporting, and documentation in line with quality and regulatory standards Produce test completion reports and knowledge documents for training Share knowledge across application teams and support automation testers through transition sessions Assist and coach User Acceptance Testers Liaise with stakeholders across all levels of the business Contribute to project reviews, workshops, and continuous improvement of testing standards Support the successful delivery of digital projects Promote positive team culture and comply with relevant legislation, policies, and organisational KPIs What do you need? Strong knowledge of testing methodologies Experience with test management and defect management tools and processes Minimum 7 years’ experience in testing Strong understanding of healthcare systems and regulatory requirements Experience testing cloud‑based applications and digital transformation projects Experience with Salesforce apps and mobile app implementations/enhancements How do I apply?
