Flights from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns Choose your roster, pay rate negotiable Must have power station and supervising experience NW Mining & Civil are seeking a Mechanical Fitter Supervisor with strong power station experience to join our client’s team, working at a local mine site. Overseeing a crew of up to 10-15 people, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth continued operation of the power station on the mine site. This will include supervising the maintenance, repair, installation and shutdown work that takes place day to day. Experience in a similar role is essential to succeed. The position will commence as soon as the right person is found, and the contract will run until roughly March/April 2027. Choose your preferred roster for this work, pay rate is negotiable based on experience and qualifications. Local Mt Isa applicants are preferred, but flights are available from Brisbane, Townsville or Cairns. Accommodation is included, and a meal allowance is provided while on shift. At times you will be required to wear a respirator while on site, so applicants must be willing to be clean shaven.
