Skills & Experience Required Processing invoices and payments Reconciling accounts and managing overdue payments Handling customer and supplier account enquiries Investigating and resolving payment discrepancies High volume payroll (end-to-end) General administration and office support Experience in Accounts Payable and/or Receivable Fast, accurate data entry skills Strong written and verbal communication Confident using Microsoft Office across all applications Some roles may require clearances, such as a Working with Children Check, NDIS clearance, Police Clearance, and up-to-date vaccinations (in the aged care/allied health industries).
