We are looking for an experienced People & Culture professional with a passion for transforming data into actionable insights that enhance the employee experience, improve retention, and support strategic workforce planning. Reporting to the Group Rewards & HR Governance Manager, the Group People & Culture Data Specialist ensures that business leaders and P&C Teams have quality data, robust reporting, and regular insights to inform effective P&C initiatives, as well as support the data requirements for major projects and key systems across our global P&C Team, including the global implementation of Workday HCM. About the Role Deliver strategic people insights to identify trends, diagnose issues, and support organisational decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor on people metrics, providing support to stakeholders through clear, compelling insights, visualisations and narratives. Maintain P&C data governance, ensuring accurate, compliant, secure data across all HR systems. Conduct regular data audits, resolve integrity issues, and uplift data literacy across P&C. Support remuneration reviews, legislative reporting, and manage cyclical and ad hoc reporting requirements. What Sets You Apart Demonstrated experience in a people analytics role in large, complex organisations. A proven track record and a passion for translating complex data into actionable insights. Experience in designing, implementing, and increasing the adoption of workforce analytics and insights. Highly capable in using data visualisation tools (Power BI, or similar) to drive business decision making.
