We deliver excellence. The Role This is a genuine HR Advisor opportunity focused on people, problem solving and practical application rather than recruitment or heavy administration. You will be the first point of professional HR guidance for managers, translating legislation, Awards and the Enterprise Agreement into clear, workable solutions that support fair, consistent and lawful decision making. Based on the edge of the city, this newly created role reports to a supportive HR Manager committed to mentoring, capability building and professional growth. As an experienced HR Advisor or Generalist, you will partner with leaders and employees to provide timely, balanced advice and guide a broad range of employee relations matters. The role offers real variety and ownership, including: Providing practical HR advice across employee relations, performance management, conduct and employee lifecycle matters Supporting managers to apply Awards, the Enterprise Agreement and policies consistently and in line with legislation Assisting with grievances, investigations and performance improvement processes Working collaboratively with Payroll, WHS and Learning & Development to deliver seamless employee support Contributing to HR projects, policy implementation and continuous improvement initiatives Maintaining accurate, confidential records and ensuring compliance with organisational and legislative requirements This is a role where you’ll be trusted to use your judgement, develop your advisory expertise and make a genuine impact. About You You are a capable and approachable HR professional with strong judgement and a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach. You’re comfortable managing sensitive matters and enjoy working closely with managers to navigate employee relations and performance issues with fairness and integrity. Highly organised and adaptable, you communicate with clarity and professionalism, build trusted relationships and manage competing priorities with confidence in a part-time role. You’re motivated to continue developing your HR expertise and have a genuine desire to grow toward business partnering, contributing positively to culture, capability and organisational success.
