Were seeking a proactive Coordinator, Occupational Health and Safety, to support the implementation of our OHS Management System and help create a safe and inclusive work environment across multiple sites. You will collaborate with managers, supervisors and Health & Safety teams to deliver practical OHS support, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement in safety practices. Key Responsibilities Support development and delivery of annual OHS plans. Provide advice on hazard identification, risk assessment and incident reporting. Conduct inspections, audits and regular risk assessments. Monitor and follow-up corrective actions for hazards, near misses and injuries. Coordinate OHS projects such as manual handling, noise, slips/trips/falls and working at heights. Support and guide Health & Safety Representatives and Safety Officers. Maintain OHS records and analyse incident and injury data. Assist with ReturntoWork plans and WorkCover claim processes. Ensure compliance with legislation, codes of conduct and organisational policies.
