You might currently work in: Senior Loss Adjusting Complex Property Claims/Major Loss Technical Claims or External Adjusting roles We’re looking for someone who: Brings deep strata/property claims expertise and strong policy interpretation skills Has experience managing complex or large loss claims end-to-end Demonstrates strong commercial judgement and cost control capability Can influence, negotiate and build trust with senior stakeholders Leads by example and supports the development of others Is proactive, autonomous and confident working with minimal supervision The Opportunity As a Senior Strata Adjuster, you will take ownership of complex property and strata claims, managing them independently from assessment through to final settlement while ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients. Your responsibilities will include: Own complex strata claims end‑to‑end, from assessment to settlement Deliver technical assessments, coverage decisions and cost outcomes Lead negotiations, including large loss and litigation matters Influence insurers, brokers and key stakeholders to drive outcomes Ensure compliance with SLAs, KPIs and regulatory standards Mentor junior adjusters and strengthen team capability Support business growth through client relationship development Significant experience in strata/property claims or loss adjusting Strong understanding of building, remediation and reinstatement principles Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills Driver’s licence Requirements Essential Significant experience in strata/property claims or loss adjusting Strong understanding of building, remediation and reinstatement principles Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills Driver’s licence Desirable Loss Adjusting qualifications/CILA membership Experience with complex claims, litigation or large loss Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff Ready to take the next step?
