Insurance Analyst - (Part time/Job Share) Are you an analytical and detail-oriented insurance professional looking to build your career within a complex and dynamic business? We are seeking an Insurance Analyst to support the management and continual improvement of our corporate insurance program. Reporting to the Head of Insurance, you will play a key role in coordinating annual insurance renewals, managing insurance data and reporting, and supporting relationships with brokers, insurers and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for collecting and analysing exposure data, maintaining insurance records and documentation, and providing insights that support effective risk financing and insurance decision-making. The role will support claims administration, contract reviews, Board reporting, premium forecasting and invoice processing, while helping deliver insurance requirements for business growth initiatives and construction projects. You'll also have day-to-day oversight of ancillary insurance programs, including motor and travel insurance, ensuring their effective administration. About You You are a highly organised and commercially aware professional who enjoys working with data, solving problems and collaborating with a broad range of stakeholders. You will bring: Knowledge of insurance principles, risk management and insurance program administration. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and insights. Experience supporting insurance renewals, claims processes or insurance operations. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Exposure to the energy, infrastructure, utilities or related sectors will be viewed favourably.
