About the role: This hands‑on role is central to driving safety and capability at our Labrador manufacturing site. Working closely with site leadership and the WHS team, you’ll play a key role in building a strong safety culture, supporting compliance, and ensuring our people have the skills and knowledge to work safely and effectively. You’ll have real visibility and influence on site, contributing to continuous improvement across safety systems, training and ways of working. This is a site‑based role where you can make a genuine impact, shape safer ways of working, and continue to build your career in a supportive, values‑driven organisation. Key responsibilities include: Supporting site WHS systems, compliance activities and continuous improvement initiatives Coordinating and delivering training and site inductions, including maintaining training records Providing practical WHS support through risk assessments, inspections and advice to leaders and teams Contributing to audits, incident investigations, emergency management and regulator interactions Supporting return‑to‑work processes and site safety programs in partnership with the WHS team Qualifications & Experience: Cert IV Workplace Training & Assessment (or willingness to obtain) Experience delivering training in a manufacturing or industrial environment Understanding of Workplace Safety legislation in a manufacturing/industrial environment. Understanding of injury prevention and early intervention programs. Highly motivated, with good analytical, problem solving and coaching skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
