This is a remote position. We are looking for a highly capable, forward-thinking Solar PV Administrator to support the internal team with accurate data entry, system interpretation, and coordination tasks. This is a dedicated full-time role. The successful candidate will work Melbourne business hours and become an embedded part of the operations team. The selected candidate must demonstrate strong technical understanding, intelligence, initiative, and a genuinely helpful attitude. Key Responsibilities: - Interpreting solar PV purchase orders - Entering accurate system data into Salesforce CRM - Managing pre-alerts and post-installation admin processes - Supporting scheduling and coordination tasks - Freeing internal staff to focus on higher-level operational work *This role requires someone who understands solar PV systems technically — not just general admin. 1. Solar PV Data Entry & System Interpretation - Interpret builder purchase orders for solar PV systems - Identify system sizes (e.g., 2kW–13.3kW systems) - Understand inverter types, panel configurations, and phase types (single/three-phase) - Cross-reference purchase orders against price lists - Confirm correct system specifications before CRM entry - Enter accurate pre-alert data into Salesforce - Update records as supervisor or site details change 2. CRM & Systems Management - Manage data entry within Salesforce - Assist with field service scheduling within CRM - Work across integrated platforms including: Solar Plus Bridge Select My Up Solar Us - Ensure clean, consistent, accurate data across systems 3. Pre-Alert & Post-Install Coordination - Enter and manage pre-alerts from builders - Support post-install connection admin - Assist with compliance documentation and system updates - Follow up persistently where required 4.
