The Role As a Speech Pathologist, you will join a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing evidence-based services to children and adults across: Community settings Telehealth Centre-based hubs Your Responsibilities Assess and provide interventions for paediatric and adult clients with diverse communication and swallowing needs Support clients to achieve meaningful NDIS goals and functional outcomes Complete assessments, therapy planning and high-quality reports Manage a varied caseload with structured clinical support Build strong relationships with families, carers and referrers Participate in supervision, team meetings and ongoing professional development Referrals are received via NDIS, Medicare and private streams.
