Speech Pathologist Location: Brisbane The Role ClearSky Allied Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to support both NDIS and non-NDIS clients across Brisbane. Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments to identify communication and speech disorders. Develop personalised treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals. Implement evidence-based interventions to improve speech, language, and communication skills. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care. Offer guidance and support to clients' families and caregivers. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and progress reports. Perform all other duties as required. Qualifications & Experience Hold a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology. Previous experience in Speech Pathology. Pre-existing registration with SPA. Demonstrated ability to interact with participants, their families and service providers. Demonstrated knowledge of legislation. Ability to work to productivity targets. Demonstrated ability to work within a team environment as well as autonomously and take ownership of a caseload of participants. Hold a current WWCC (Blue Card), NDIS Worker Screening, First Aid & CPR. Hold a valid Australian driver’s license.
