We are looking for an experienced Senior Speech Pathologist (5 years) to provide clinical leadership and remote supervision for our dedicated team of Speech Therapy Aides. You will be the "clinical brain" behind the scenes, ensuring our Therapy Aides deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions. What you’ll be doing: Lead & Mentor: Supervise, observe, and provide feedback to Therapy Aides to ensure clinical excellence. Strategic Planning: Develop tailored intervention plans and guide Aides in their implementation. Assessment: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for children with diverse needs. Collaborate: Partner with families and educators to ensure a coordinated, holistic approach to care. Educate: Empower caregivers and Aides by sharing your deep clinical knowledge and "big picture" thinking. What We’re Looking For We need a seasoned clinician who is as comfortable teaching as they are treating. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in Paediatric Speech Pathology (NDIS experience highly regarded). Leadership Heart: Previous experience in clinical education or supervision. You genuinely enjoy "imparting the why" behind the therapy. Clinical Excellence: Strong reasoning skills and a commitment to evidence-based, child-led practice. Innovation: You’re a creative soul who isn't afraid of "fringe" ideas if they help a child succeed. Compliance: Australian Citizenship, SPA Registration, and a current WWCC are essential.
