We are currently on the lookout for a qualified and motivated Chef to join our dynamic kitchen team. What We’re Looking For Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen operations, food preparation, and service standards Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality Experience in menu creation and recipe development is highly desirable Understanding of food safety regulations and best hygiene practices Your Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard of taste and presentation Contribute to menu planning and development, including seasonal specials and new dishes Ensure meals are delivered on time and meet portion, quality, and presentation expectations Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering, storage, and inventory management Reduce waste through effective kitchen practices and stock control Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards at all times Train, support, and supervise junior kitchen team members to ensure a high-performing kitchen Help maintain kitchen equipment and ensure all tools are properly cleaned, stored, and serviced as needed Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations What We Offer Competitive pay based on skills and experience Complimentary staff meals and in-store discounts Supportive, inclusive, and team-oriented workplace Opportunities for career development and long-term growth Full-time, stable position in a popular and fast-paced venue Ready to take the next step in your culinary career?
