You will join a small team with a positive team culture where interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills are highly valued. Working together with the Screen Social Lead you will: Create engaging social video content that aligns with the Screen Division’s digital strategy. Edit, adapt and enhance screen content for social platforms. Be the main point of contact who can provide expertise on social trends and best practice to Screen Commissioning Editors for assigned shows. Identify compelling hooks, stories and moments in the screen slate that align with audience interests and genre priorities for use in digital and social engagement. Collaborate with a range of stakeholders both internal and external including Programming, Marketing, Publicity, Commissioning Editors, production companies, talent and other social media producers across the organisation. Engage with the audience through comments and moderation during business hours (community Management) Position Description: 50054060 SOCIAL PRODUCER.pdf About You With sound understanding of executing social campaigns, you’ll have a technical understanding of social media platforms, trends and platform data and analytics. You'll also have: Outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills. Sound experience and understanding of end-to-end video production for social platforms. Demonstrated knowledge of how to optimise content for different social platforms. Familiarity with copyright, licensing and other legal considerations relevant to digital publishing. Demonstrated ability and understanding of the genre’s target audience and the ability to craft content that resonates with them.
