We are seeking an enthusiastic Breaks Cover Educator to join our team at Clayton South Kindergarten . At Clayton South Kindergarten, we believe that play is the most powerful way for children to learn. Our play-based program is designed around children’s interests and abilities, combining both planned and spontaneous experiences that encourage exploration, experimentation, and investigation. We are seeking a Diploma Educator for a part-time, ongoing Break Cover role. This position is 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 11:30 am – 1:30 pm. Why ECMS? About you You're reflective, curious and purpose-led, with a deep commitment to making a difference. You're open to learning and understanding the unique needs of every child. You're a critical thinker and collaborative team member. You have a drive to grow and improve continually. You value kindness and respect. You have great knowledge of the child safe standards and early childhood regulations. You hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent, a WWCC, mandatory reporting certificate, police check and a first aid certificate. You'll develop and implement engaging learning experiences based on the ECMS pedagogical framework. You'll build strong relationships with children, families, the community and colleagues.
