Description CLIENT CARE COORDINATOR SALISBURY VET SURGERY I PART TIME Salisbury Vet Surgery is a small animal clinic serving our local community of pet l ov ers . Our friendly team are looking for an ex perienced vet nurse / receptionist , a real go getter with a b right smile t o run our front of house services and provi de exceptional customer care . To be considered y ou must meet the following criteria: Demonstrated experience working in a direct client facing position in a veterinary or medical environment Ability to coordinate animal medical cases and priorities with the veterinary team Experience managing a ppointment b ook s and s cheduling software Ability to engage and educate clients on our services and wellness programs Good account acumen managing estimates, invoicing and payment options M aintain standards of care through records, reminders and recalls Excellent verbal and written communicatio n with both clients and team members Ma naging information and records in accordance with our privacy standards Strong computer skills with ability to learn and teach new systems Vibrant , compassionate and warm nature to put our clients and pets at ease Coordinate our social media, campaigns and google requirements Maintain work health and safety compliance with visitors, suppliers and trades Ensure our reception and waiting area is always clean and well presented Reporting to the Practice Manager, you will be an integral part of our close-knit team to ensure that our clients and pets receive the best possible care and attention . You should have a natural love for animals and s trive for a stress-free environment . This is a part-time position working across five days per week, with start and finish times negotiable.
