Job Description You’ll lead reviews of enrolment and fee processes, identify opportunities to streamline workflows, and implement practical improvements that enhance service quality and reduce risk. The role also involves coordinating complex matters across multiple stakeholder groups and ensuring readiness during critical periods such as open enrolment and census dates. With responsibility for supervising staff, supporting training and building digital capability, you’ll contribute to a culture of improvement and accountability. You’ll also provide advice and reporting to senior leaders, using data and system insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes. This role suits an experienced professional who enjoys both hands-on operational leadership and contributing to longer-term service improvements in a regulated, student-focused environment. About you Substantial experience and demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies, legislation and operational procedures, and to translate complex requirements into clear, actionable processes. Demonstrated experience supervising staff and supporting team members through change and capability uplift. High-level computer literacy, including experience with enterprise systems, databases and emerging technologies. Strong analytical, problem solving and process review skills, with demonstrated ability to identify and implement efficiency improvements. Excellent interpersonal and oral / written communication skills, with demonstrated commitment to high quality client service. Desirable Experience in tertiary education and financial administration. What we can offer This is a continuing, full-time position and will be primarily based at the Griffith University Nathan campus. As Griffith is a multi-campus University you may be required to work across other campus locations. Salary Range The full-time equivalent base salary will be HEW Level 7 range $101,068 - $109,496 per annum 17% superannuation. The total FTE package will be in the range $118,249 - $128,110 per annum.
