About the role Based in Sydney CBD, you will be joining a young, vibrant, and social team and will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment on a wide variety of matters. Ideally, you have demonstrated experience in a range of appointments including CVLs, CLs, MVLs, VAs, DOCAs, SBRs, Receiverships, and other Informal Appointments. You can expect to be conducting investigations into various corporate entities' affairs, identifying and recovering assets, conducting legal recovery actions, and supporting the turnaround of businesses as a part of your team. Day to day, you can expect to be: Working closely with clients to develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies Assist in advisory, and informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments. Prepare reports, presentations, and other written correspondence. Conduct financial analysis and prepare estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters. Mentor and guide the team and provide assistance as needed Skills & experience Degree Qualified (bachelor's in accounting, business administration, or a related field) Completed CA/CPA ARITA qualification (desirable) A proven track record in a similar role Excellent communication & negotiating skills Must have a natural ability to build rapport with clients Strong focus on delivering positive outcomes for clients Culture Our client is committed to continuous improvement and respect, meaning that team members support each other's development.
