About the Role As a Supervisor / Manager, you’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver high-quality Corporate Finance outcomes across the full transaction lifecycle. Day to day: Supporting and leading M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side) Preparing business, share and intangible asset valuations Conducting and reviewing financial due diligence Assisting with capital raisings and transaction support Building and reviewing complex financial models Preparing information memoranda, board papers and client presentations Managing day-to-day engagement delivery, timelines and stakeholders Mentoring junior team members and reviewing their work This role offers increasing autonomy, client-facing responsibility and exposure to senior decision-makers, while working closely with experienced leaders who are invested in your development. About You You’re a commercially minded Corporate Finance professional who enjoys problem-solving, working with clients and contributing to successful transactions.
