Following a period of product and market expansion, the organisation is entering a pivotal phase of disciplined growth and capital optimisation. The Board and CEO are seeking a high-calibre finance leader to act as a strategic partner in shaping financial performance, strengthening governance frameworks and supporting long-term value creation. This is a visible and influential CFO mandate, reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the Board. The role will suit a commercially astute executive who combines listed-company discipline with strategic foresight and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, high-growth environment. The role The CFO will lead the finance function and play a key role in defining financial strategy, capital allocation, and performance architecture across the organisation. The remit extends beyond technical finance to include commercial partnering, capital strategy and active engagement with the investment community. The CFO will be a key architect of the company’s next stage of growth, partnering closely with the CEO and Board to drive sustainable expansion, disciplined execution and credible market communication. Key accountabilities will include: Financial leadership and performance: lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, ensuring clarity of metrics, disciplined cadence and high-quality decision support. ASX reporting and governance: oversee statutory reporting, ASX obligations and compliance, ensuring robust controls, accurate disclosures and audit-ready documentation. Capital strategy and funding: partner with the CEO to drive capital management strategy, including funding initiatives, investor engagement and capital allocation discipline aligned to long-term growth objectives. Investor relations and stakeholder engagement: partner with the CEO in results preparation and external communications, presenting financial strategy and performance confidently to the Board and investment community. Commercial partnering: provide strategic commercial insight to support product, sales and growth decisions, including unit economics, pricing, scenario analysis and investment cases. Finance capability and systems uplift: continue to strengthen finance systems, process and team capability to support scalability and operational efficiency as the business expand. About you You are an experienced CFO or senior finance executive ready to step into a listed mandate, bringing strong public markets credibility and the maturity to operate within a high-trust executive and Board environment. senior finance leadership experience in an ASX-listed, publicly accountable or similarly regulated environment. proven involvement in capital activity, including equity/debt funding, investor engagement and/or M&A support. strong board presence and the ability to communicate complex financial matters clearly and commercially. experience in technology, software, platforms or high-growth environments. a hands-on, pragmatic style with a focus on rigour, pace and continuous improvement.
