Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Principal Project Officer to support the design, development and delivery of leadership and management capability programs within a large, complex public sector environment. This role plays a key part in strengthening workforce capability through contemporary learning solutions, stakeholder partnership, and effective project delivery. You will work closely with senior leaders and a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality leadership development initiatives that align with organisational priorities. Rate: $88.00 per hour super Location: Brisbane CBD Contract Length: Temporary full-time until 30 June 2026 Key Responsibilities Analyse workforce capability and learning needs using stakeholder input, data and business insights Design and develop contemporary learning and development solutions aligned to strategic objectives Facilitate leadership and capability development programs using adult learning principles Lead and manage projects using contemporary project management methodologies Design and deliver group process activities including diagnostics, strategic planning, coaching and mentoring Apply change management approaches to support sustainable capability outcomes Monitor, evaluate and report on project performance, trends and outcomes Prepare high-quality project documentation, reports, briefings and learning materials Provide authoritative advice to senior stakeholders on learning, capability and project matters Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across diverse professional groups About You To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate: High-level expertise in the design and delivery of learning and development programs Experience facilitating group learning, leadership development or capability initiatives Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes Well-developed written communication skills, including reports and executive-level briefings Desirable: A relevant qualification in organisational psychology or a related discipline Experience working within complex public sector or health environments This is a fantastic opportunity to lead meaningful leadership and capability initiatives that contribute to a skilled, engaged and future-focused workforce.
