The Opportunity We are partnering with a well-established and expanding real estate platform to find an experienced People & Performance Manager to work part-time (3 days per week) from their Brisbane office. This is a hands-on, influential role for someone who enjoys building strong people frameworks and partnering with leaders in a growing, fast-paced environment. Working closely alongside the Chief People Officer, this role will play a key part in supporting the business across people strategy, performance, and recruitment. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and consistency to people processes while remaining highly engaged at an operational level.
