Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Senior or Associate Geotechnical Engineer to strengthen their geotechnical team and play a key role in the delivery and leadership of complex projects. The Role In this role, you will lead and deliver geotechnical engineering services across a diverse portfolio of projects, from early-stage feasibility through to detailed design and construction support. Depending on your level, you will also contribute to team leadership, mentoring, and business development. Key responsibilities include: Leading geotechnical investigations, analysis, and design for a wide range of projects. Preparing and reviewing geotechnical reports, technical specifications, and design documentation. Providing technical input to multidisciplinary project teams. Managing project delivery, budgets, and client relationships. Mentoring junior engineers and supporting their professional development. Contributing to proposals, tenders, and business development activities. Providing site support and construction phase advice as required. The Successful Applicant You are a motivated geotechnical engineer who enjoys solving complex ground engineering problems and working collaboratively with clients and colleagues. You will ideally have: A degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline Significant experience in geotechnical engineering within a consultancy environment Strong technical capability across soil and rock mechanics, foundation design, and slope stability. Experience interpreting site investigation data and ground models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships. For Associate level candidates, demonstrated leadership, team management, and business development experience will be highly regarded.
