Leading ASX listed Services business requires an experienced Lean Six Sigma Black Belt to support a large-scale internal enterprise-wide transformation program on a 12 month fixed engagement. This role is focused on embedding and optimising a new work order management operating model, driving sustainable improvements across efficiency, cost, customer experience, and risk. You will work across a highly complex, regulated environment and partner closely with senior stakeholders to realise tangible, measurable benefits. Daily Responsibilities will include; Lead end-to-end Lean Six Sigma transformation initiatives across large, cross-functional environments Embed and optimise new work order management processes aligned to an uplifted system Drive continuous improvement and benefits realisation post-implementation Reduce manual and low-value administrative activity through process and system redesign Partner with senior leaders across multiple contracts and business units Apply data-driven decision-making to measure outcomes and sustain improvements To succeed in this role; Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (essential) Demonstrated experience delivering large, complex, cross-functional transformation programs Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, including senior leadership Experience working in regulated, infrastructure, or asset-intensive environments Hands-on experience with work order management systems and operational process improvement Strong analytical capability; experience using data, analytics, or AI is advantageous A fantastic package is on offer for the successful candidate consisting on Base Super.
