The Opportunity You’ll join a well-established Corporate Finance division that advises on mid-market transactions, typically ranging from $10m–$250m enterprise value, across a broad mix of industries including health, technology, advanced manufacturing, and professional services. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role with exposure across the full transaction lifecycle, including: Business and share valuations M&A advisory (buy-side and sell-side) Financial due diligence Capital raisings and transaction support Strategic and growth advisory Beyond deal execution, this role carries genuine leadership responsibility. You’ll play a key role in mentoring junior team members, contributing to business development, and helping shape the culture and future direction of the practice. About You You’re a commercially minded Corporate Finance professional who enjoys leading from the front. You bring credibility, energy, and a collaborative approach to everything you do.
