About the Role My client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven strong background in delivering high quality construction projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a history of delivering a wide range of complex projects within budget and to a high standard. Ideally you will have delivered a diverse range of project types. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery experience Develop and manage detailed project programs, budgets, and resource plans Coordinate across key stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants Proactively identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams Ensure strict adherence to industry regulations, building codes, and safety requirements Mentor and manage a high-performing project team, promoting a collaborative culture Provide clear and timely reporting to senior leadership on project status, risks, and outcomes About You Tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering or a related discipline Proven experience managing construction projects valued at $50m Minimum 7 years' experience delivering major construction projects within the Building environment A strong understanding in project management Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Have good tenure at previous businesses Already residing in Canberra or willing to relocate Proficiency in construction software and project management tools If you think your background aligns with this role then please click APPLY NOW or give Gaby a call on 0466901687 / gscott@bluestonerecruitment.com
