Reporting to the Manager of Product Management, you’ll work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer facing teams to deliver enhancements that drive real customer and business value. This role is perfect for someone who loves understanding user needs, shaping product direction, and enabling high quality agile delivery. What You Will Be Doing: Product Strategy: Contribute to product strategy and roadmap development. Balance customer value, business objectives, technical feasibility, and compliance. Use customer research, industry insights, and competitive analysis to inform direction. Discovery & Research: Lead user research including interviews, journey mapping, and usability testing. Analyse workflows, pain points, and success metrics to uncover opportunities. Translate findings into actionable backlog items with the Product Owner. Execution & Delivery: Collaborate with engineering and design to ensure clear understanding of requirements. Support agile ceremonies and ensure delivery aligns with value and acceptance criteria. Assist with QA validation and cross team coordination. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a central point for updates, feedback, and communication. Support product marketing and sales enablement for successful product launches. Performance & Lifecycle Management: Define KPIs and monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback. Manage the full product lifecycle from concept through enhancement to retirement. Contribute to capacity planning and resource needs. Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. Min 3–5 years in product management, business analysis, or similar roles. Experience with Agile methodologies and product management practices. Strong research skills across discovery, user research, and market analysis. Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision making. Excellent communication and cross functional collaboration skills. Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities. Awareness of AI tools that support product management workflows.
