We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who loves solving real problems and shipping high-quality software that makes a measurable impact. You’ll join a cross-functional delivery team and help design and deliver robust, scalable solutions across a range of industries—working closely with product, design, and stakeholders from discovery through to production This is more than a developer role —it’s hands-on, consultative, and outcome-driven. You’ll combine strong engineering foundations with clear communication, pragmatic problem solving, and a genuine passion for craft What you’ll do Design, develop, and implement software solutions across frontend and backend for one or more applications. Work with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, contribute to design decisions, and deliver high-quality outcomes. Contribute across the SDLC—requirements, design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Build secure, scalable solutions using modern patterns and cloud services, aligned to agreed ways of working and quality standards. Apply engineering best practices: automated testing, CI/CD, code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement. What we’re looking for You’re a senior engineer who’s confident across the stack, thrives in team environments, and can communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders. Ideally you’ll bring: Strong experience with .NET/C# (or strong backend fundamentals with a similar stack). Strong frontend experience using React (or similar SPA frameworks). Experience with automated testing and quality-first delivery. Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure ( AWS or Azure ) and modern delivery practices. Confidence working in Agile teams and contributing to continuous delivery pipelines. Bonus: mobile experience (hybrid or native) and/or interest in AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
