Description Location: Ravenhall, VIC — Onsite Employment type: Full‑time, Fixed Term (12 months) What you’ll do Lead & develop a high‑performing Data Capture team—setting clear productivity and quality standards and coaching for success. Optimise production workflows , ensuring effective utilisation and seamless handover across shifts and with our Philippines teams. Deliver on targets for quality, profitability, staff engagement and client satisfaction; review daily total labour cost and monthly P&L for accuracy and performance. Manage the employee lifecycle : recruitment, induction, training, and performance management. Problem‑solve proactively , escalating to the Production Manager when needed, and own specialised projects to embed best practice. Drive continuous improvement —identify, document and implement better procedures and system compliance across all shifts. Collaborate with Imaging, Planning and wider departments to meet client expectations; attend operational and client meetings as required. Communicate effectively —clear written and verbal updates with timely responses across phone, email and meetings. What you’ll bring Solid understanding of Imaging and/or production environments . Proven experience managing a diverse team in a fast‑turnaround operation. Strength in planning & prioritising for large teams; confident, fair and constructive leadership. Excellent people, communication and conflict‑management skills. Strong attention to detail , lateral thinking and sound decision‑making under pressure. Cost and client focus , with the numeracy, literacy and mechanical aptitude to back it up. Able to work autonomously , make impactful decisions, and consistently meet deadlines.
